Located between the Brecon Beacons and Cambrian Mountains, you will be within touching distance of some of Wales’s most iconic landscapes, including the Celtic rainforest at RSPB Dinas. It is perfectly located for walkers, cyclists, naturalists and stargazers!

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. It has a lounge, log burner & dining area and a narrow spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with a private bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen leads off to the king size bedroom with ensuite. There is a south facing private enclosed garden with grass and patio area with beautiful views. There is 5 acres of our land for you to explore and enjoy.

We are close to many of the areas best attractions including the Ceredigion coastal path, numerous stunning beaches, Fantasy Farm, the award winnings harbour towns of Aberaeron and New Quay and the University towns of Lampeter and the beautiful Aberystywth. We are very central within the county of Ceredigion.

The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.

The property has oil fired central heating and an electric oven. Parking is in the barn courtyard. The barn is set on a hill with great views and offers a place of tranquillity.
