Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

The Lodge

This new house is in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the N25 but feels as though you are in the heart of the countryside. It is in the ideal location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. It is: - 7 min drive to nearest Greenway entrance at Durrow. - 10 min drive to Clonea beach - 9 min drive to Dungarvan - 4 min to nearest shops - 8 min to Crough woods - 11 min to Coumshingaun Lake trail - 3 min to Bridgie Terries pub/restaurant.

Historic Wexford Farmhouse

Kilmallock House is a 300 year old house steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features. We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side. Recently restored, spacious 5 bedroom house fitted with all modern appliances. Has a large outdoor seating area & huge garden overlooking Annestown Beach. The Copper Coast offers a wonderful coastline, close to Tramore, Anne Valley Walk, Dunhill Castle, Comeragh Mountains for hiking, Waterford City is a 20 minute drive. Cork airport is a 1 1/2 hr drive and Dublin airport is a 2 hr drive.

Boatstrand Beachhouse

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
