The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of historic Annestown house, this is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a very unique location, offering breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. The cottage is bright and airy with a fully equipped kitchen . 1 king size bedroom and 2nd bedroom with a single bed. Parking directly outside the door. On bus route to city centre. No pets, parties or smoking/vaping allowed.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Sorry, but our house is not suitable or equipped for young Children under 10, No pets. 15 minute to Waterford City

Our private apartment is part of our family property in a quiet area of beautiful Tramore and is minutes from beach and town centre. Doneraile Walk, cliffs and sea views next to property. Private decking area. Air-conditioning for heat/cooling. Suitable for 2 adults sharing a double bed and an additional cost of €20 for an extra guest on a pull out single bed.

Boatstrand Beachhouse

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
