The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on Deep Creek 200mt along a lovely bush track to the beach. 15 min walk to cafes and shops. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please note this is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or functions.

The property hosts a real mix of modern facilities with all the charm of the old heritage building. It comfortably sleeps 8 people and is ideal for 2-4 couples or 2 families. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street in Torquay but still within walking distance with the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars of central Torquay.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
