Lovely sunny apartment with lovely views across the city and Margaret Mahy playground. There is units getting constructed across the road but the noise is very minimal and only during daytime. Please be aware when booking that there is strictly no parties. no pets and no smoking. Given that you are in an apartment complex with a lot of neighbours please keep noise down. If at anytime we are informed of excessive noise or a party, noise control will be rung and you will be asked to leave.
