The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. My husband and I enjoy meeting new people and sharing the treasures in the Galveston Bay Area. We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

Relax in our well-appointed guesthouse, which has 2 bedrooms with luxurious high-quality cotton sheets and beautiful bedding (1 king & 1 queen). There is a quaint combo food-prep/sitting room with a fold-out queen couch. The shared property has a fishing pier over the water with large fishing lights.
