It is set in a colourful old villa with a sunny verandah, a garden and Pipi the cat on a quiet, tree lined street. The location is great for anyone with work in the city centre which is just 15 mins walk away. This listing is for one bed in a 3 share mixed gender room. Occasionally we re make the twin room into a twin/share.

Save hundreds of dollars, but you may hear your neighbor. Brand new bed. Professionally cleaned linens. Outdoor table & chairs. Great value!!!
