Delightful cottage close to thermal attractions

Converted Woolshed It’s homely rustic and user friendly close to lakes walking tracks and cycle tracks. It is 20 mins from Rotorua but is worth it just come with groceries. Full kitchen and BBQ area ample parking for cars/ boat and bikes. If you have well behaved dog and horses bring them too. There is an extra cost for the horses and we offer international facilities and professional coaching to all levels including flat work and jumping and any NZPCA exam prep. The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.

The woolshed - pet friendly luxury retreat

Converted woolshed, set on a small farm of 25 hectares. We have cows and horses. We are 15 min from Taupo town. The Woolshed is separate from our home, giving you privacy during your stay. From the deck area/French doors all you will see is farmland! We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!

This is open plan generous home with a full kitchen, large living area and seperate from our main house but part of farm and horse breeding business.
