PERFECT SPOT FOR A GETAWAY! A no-smoking, one bedroom retreat-like unit has tons of character. Stroll to the Plaza and restaurants. Many guests have been "working from home with a different view"! One family dog (under 25#) is OK – and you must inquire in advance. NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. It is centrally located with a mini grocery store named “Bumps”, 5 minute walk from our door.
