This outstanding Guesthouse in Parkland is in an amazing location with private entrance and off street parking, in a quiet gated community. Centrally located by major highways. Near Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Pompano Beach, etc. Beaches are due east, Everglades due west, Palm Beach due north and Miami due south and the Casino is close by. We are in the same county as Sawgrass Mills, largest shopping destination in the US, and Seminole Indian Reservation.

We are unable to accept post surgery guests. Sleeps up to 4,no pets allowed, no smocking, no loud noise after 10pm and NO PARTY ALLOWED! Please park at the assigned park facing in.

Stunning swimming pool and soaking tub that offers heating...The Country Club is Temporarily Closed. The Leonie is better in person than the pictures. The "Hot Tub" is a Soaking Tub that heats with the pool. CAMERAS: There are two active video security cameras face the driveway and the main street from the residence. Camera 1 is located directly under the garage facing the left of the driveway. Camera 2 is directly under the main entry gate facing the right of the driveway.
