The kitchen is new and fully equipped ( microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer). The house has two comfortable double bed bedrooms .

The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
