The house is close to the ferry and easily accessible to restaurants and everything Fire Island has to offer. The house boasts 1 water front bedroom, 1/2 bath & washer/dryer on the main level upstairs; dining/living area(XL twin bed) full gourmet kitchen, 2nd WF oversized bedroom & full bath. Be in NYC in about 90 minutes. Shopping 10 minutes away on Boston Post Road.
