It takes only 5 minutes to access the Bruce Highway. A 5-minute drive to Dholes Rocks boat ramp & esplanade to access Moreton Bay. North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive.

Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station.
