Newly transformed from a 4-bed to a more private 2-bed, this bright, Scandi-inspired apartment has direct access to its own spacious terrace with a fantastic sea view. I live in the apartment above with my dog Luna, and am happy to help without disturbing our dear guests. For those relaxing swimming sessions, the clear, blue sea is only 150m away. To enjoy local cuisine there's a 5 min walk to the idyllic fisherman's village, where apart from restaurants, you'll also find a small grocery store.

Där kan man välja mellan att bada från klippor eller en vik med stenstrand. Vill man promenera in till den mysiga byn Stomorska så är det ca. 1 km. I byn finns det mataffärer och restauranger. Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Mala kuća (30m2) za 2 osobe s vlastitim ulazom nalazi se u Nečujmu na otoku Šolti. Smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji u zelenom okruženju s prirodnim hladom, na kaskadnom terenu. Udaljena je 2 min hoda od čistog kristalnog mora do kojeg vodi put dijelom sa stepenicama. Centar Nečujma nalazi se na 10-15 min šetnje od kuće. Ispred kućice je terasa s pogledom na more na kojoj možete uživati u doručku na otvorenom ili jednostavno odmarati u romantičnom intimnom okruženju.

Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

My apartment is located 50m from the sea. It offers a terrace with a sea view, outside kitchen with a grill, and 2 parking places. The closest beach is 50m from the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area outside of the town, but still only 5 minutes walk to grocery and restaurants.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, beaches, diving school, grocery shops. You’ll love my place because of the sea view, large terrace, surrounded by pine trees, many beaches within 200m. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

My apartment is on Island Solta.Its 45 min with Ferry from Split. It has unspoiled see view, just 50 m away from the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the center of the village. It's very nice and quiet place in a friendly environment, ideal for the family holiday.

Very comfy and a bright space. Apartment has four stars. It is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but still really close to the city center. First beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
