This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. During one episode, an old grain bin was moved and repurposed into a home and from that Bin There, Done That was born.
