Propane BBQ Grill. Dog friendly (only with all vaccinations and never left alone in house), eco-friendly. This is a vacation destination.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

This little casita has everything to be your home away from home.

The bedroom features a dual-adjustable King-Size mattress, fitted with Giza Dreams sheets, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the common area. "City" water, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 700 Sq. Ft. dog run and 500 Sq. Ft. deck. Comfortably furnished, with lots of windows and a sliding door to the deck. Keyless entry. FedEx and UPS delivery.
