Sawgrass Park and Weedon Island Nature Preserve (~2 miles) offers great nature trails, kayaking, fishing and birding options. Some of the best beaches in the world are less than 30 minutes away. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
