Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

With views overlooking the River and in a superb location for the wonderful restaurants and cafes. Sleeps 4, two in the bedroom and 2 on a comfortable sofa bed. Please note: We are not permitted to have a keysafe on the building so guests will need to pick up keys from a keysafe at our office approx. 600 meters away walking distance.

The price per night includes 4 persons, 1 additional person is EUR 15 per night.

The house is located at the eastern edge of Stara Fužina village, close to the church of St. Paul, at the foot of a hilly pasture and a walnut orchard. A popular tourist trail towards Mostnica gorge, Voje valley and Uskovnica mountain pasture passes the house, and the house is surrounded by a spacious garden with an old apple tree to provide shade.
