The newly remodeled cottage has gorgeous knotty-pine paneling and comfortable furniture. The cottage lies in a cute RV/mobile home park which has been owned by me, Nancy, for 39 years. While there is plenty of privacy, there is also the safety of sweet and friendly neighbors, where the quiet hours are strictly enforced. Be with me in my little slice of heaven.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!
