The hot outdoor shower is great for post beach trips before enjoying sundowners on the patio. Host lives on site in totally separate adjoining accommodation. Guests have their own parking bay & private entrance.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

The studio is connected to a main house but with complete private access and spaces to enjoy. Designated off-street parking.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Jersey Queen Guesthouse (2:00pm late checkout)

Jersey Queen is a 2-bedroom duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a child and a dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.
