Although tiny, the home features a king bed, full kitchen, desk, laundry, and 75” smart tv. This is a guesthouse, nestled in the backyard of a primary residence; 6ft fencing surrounds the tinyhome, providing both privacy and security from the main home and neighbors. Free street parking, a separate entry path, and smart locks make it easy to come and go.

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.
