Built in 1799 this space provides a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing or quiet evening in, or a convenient location for those wishing to take in all the cities sites. Don't forget the waterfront board walk and bishops cellar are only a block away!

An oldie but a goodie! We've created a space that'll make you want to unpack and stay awhile. A very walkable and transit friendly part of town. Parks, grocery stores, everything you need just a couple blocks away. At 1250 sq/ft, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We're experienced, thoughtful hosts. Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
