It is fully equipped with everything needed, including central heating and air conditioning, a full size washer and dryer, a full kitchen completely equipped and a living area with dining and living room. There is a full bathroom with a shower. This home has a private entrance completely enclosed by a private, landscaped yard, a BBQ, and seating.

There is private parking spot next to your unit and your unit is directly off the ALLEY. This charming little cottage has lots of natural light and garden views in the front pathway and backyard. It's a 2-room private guest suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out futon (slightly smaller than a queen) in the other room, which also has the kitchenette. It is attached to our house, but you have your own private side entrance and private backyard.
