It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Villa Martina is part of whole Villa Bellevue, however it is completely separate house with it's own spaces. House has a private parking enclosed with automatic driveway gate and house wall. Private garden consists of outdoor BBQ, playground for children and unique dog house for pets. Indoor premises offer stylish and modern design, overall house consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, one of which is designated for kids and teenagers, two bathrooms and loggia.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
