渋谷駅新南口から徒歩2〜3分ほどの便利な場所にありながらとても静かな環境です。少し奥まったところにあり秘密基地のようです。恵比寿、代官山へも歩いて行けます。私は数年前にこの近所に住んでいましたが、毎日飽きることのない素晴らしい立地です。 建物は築50年近く古いですが、水回りはリフォームしてあります。この建物は数年後に再開発により、建て直しの予定です。今だけのリスティングですので、是非ご利用ください。 こちらのお部屋は一階なので日当たりは期待しないでください。 エキストラベッドはソファベッドです。（二個のソファをつけるタイプ。寝心地は期待できないかもしれません。） 3〜4人が適正人数です。5人まで可能ですがとても狭くなります。また、5人目からはチャージがかかります。
