Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Kitchen area has gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and is en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Patio area with garden furniture shared with one other property, and Private parking for 2 cars.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
