Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

We just finished renovating and are excited to unveil Shadow Camp Lodge. We are located directly across the street from Shadow Mtn Lake and minutes from the quaint downtown Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mtn Natl Park. 8 bedrooms. 7 bedrooms have their own private bath. Over 6000 sq ft. Great for groups…lots of room to spread out for privacy. Awesome, well-stocked gourmet kitchen with large island. Dbl ovens. Great views from the large windows. The cabin is 10 minutes from the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, 10 minutes from cross-country/snowshoeing/snowmobile trails, 2 minutes from mountain lakes (for boating, fishing, and skiing), 25 minutes from Ski Granby, and 40 minutes from Winter Park Ski. After enjoying the outdoors, return to a cozy fire or enjoy wildlife from the patios. Long driveway for multiple cars. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by family.

The Grand Lake Cabin is a rustic, refined luxury cabin. Recently renovated, The Cabin provides ultimate convenience and privacy, while being close to town and RMNP. Private, fenced fishing pond stocked with rainbow trout (poles/tackle provided), large fenced yard, and garage with games. Our relaxing 8-person Bullfrog hot tub is professionally cleaned between each guest. Top of the line, comfortable furnishings and bedding. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

This charming A frame is so cozy! The living room, dining space and kitchen greet you right as you walk in. The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.
