Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house in a quiet place called Sevid. The apartment contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with one queen-size bed and an extendable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dish machine, and all the needed utensils. Both from the living room and bedroom, you can access two balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
