Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. 1811 Historic Stone Hill Home: Private Sanctuary

Welcome to our 200 year old home that we've nicknamed "the Little House" located in the Mill village of Stone Hill within the eclectic neighborhood of Hampden. We are your neighbors, in the "Big House". It was built by Elisha Tyson as the servant quarters of his summer home. Tyson was an Quaker, businessman, inventor and perhaps most importantly, an ardent abolitionist. He actively participated in the underground railroad, using his homes along the Jones Falls as stops along the route.

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
