Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

This suite features three skylights in the main area, flooding the space with natural light, with an additional skylight in the bathroom. The space includes a kitchenette with a quaint dining area. Our newer home is located in a perfect quiet setting on and friendly neighborhood on the North side of town. The short distance walk to the beach is only about 4 houses away to the beach and a block away from the river. Our home is ready for your holiday retreat and Seaside is open for business. Please no group parties, as our neighbor is peaceful and we respect our neighbors.
