Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #4 features two-story, floor-to-ceiling views to the Nehalem River. The first floor has oversized swivel chairs, a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave) and dining a dining set. A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

Sofa in the living room is a Queen sofa sleeper. Bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed. Bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, & there are 2 twin beds in the landing area near the top of the stairs. Beach Stay - Unit #3 - King Bed

Beach Stay Unit #3 is a comfortable quiet one room plus bath unit decorated with a Flintstone theme & a grass wall. The unit features a king size bed, a TV and an area for making light meals and morning coffee. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and both a small drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker.The bath is small but adequate with a shower stall. The unit is at the rear of the property and features a deck with four steps up to the front door.

Unit 2b: Studio at the San Dune Inn

Simple, comfortable, and perfectly located, this dog-friendly studio is an ideal home base for exploring the Northern Oregon Coast! At this property one block from downtown Manzanita, you can spend your days strolling on the sandy beach, shopping and dining at local favorites nearby, and taking scenic drives to state parks up and down the coast. Come home to a tranquil setting with a flatscreen TV and cable and free WIFI.

All rooms are accessible by stairs; there is no elevator on site.

Matthew's Room: Located on the second floor in the Cottage Wing. This room has a queen sized bed and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom has a tub and shower combination. 1 block from beach. Guests must be 21+ to book. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Breakfast is available for a fee.

We are conveniently located on the quieter end of Seaside on Ave U. We are steps away from the beach & right on Seaside's famous Promenade. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. We are a 10-15 minute walk up the prom to downtown or a 3 minute car ride.

The Courtyard - Double Queen

Settle into the Courtyard Double Queen, a comfortable room ideal for up to four guests. Find two plush SeaCloud queen mattresses and a gas fireplace complemented by a private patio and equipped kitchenette. Up to two pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet, per night night.
