New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one living room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Sehr zentral gelegen, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, diese Wohnung ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem spannenden Tag in der Hauptstadt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Schlendern ein, und in 5-10 Gehminuten findet du die nächsten Cafés, Restaurants und Stöbergeschäfte. Zum REWE geht es direkt über die Straße (2min) und alles weitere (Bioläden etc.) findest du auf der Greifswalder Straße. Auch die S-Bahnstation Greifswalder Straße (Ring) ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt und die Tram sogar nur 3 min.

Wir wohnen hier zu dritt: Christoff, Irene und die etwas scheue Hündin Colombina. A pretty room, full of light in a nice and spacious flat in the green area Treptow. Good train and bus connections into the city. There are three of us living here: Christoff, Irene and our dog Colombina.

My house is located in a quiet and peaceful suburb close to Berlin. The trainstation is with 800m in walking distance. The train takes 18 - 25 minutes to Berlin central station. Crockery, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker are in the room. A small fridge, microwave, induction hotplate with pan & pot, as well as trash are in an open extra room. The large bathroom has to be shared with other guests when rented.

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Whg. im Hinterhof mit Wohnküche und Bad. Blick zum Hofgarten. Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)

Very quiet neighborhood, close to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof, 15 min. by bus). Also close to Bahnhof Zoo and Bus terminal ZOB. (From Airport BER it takes about 1 h.) If you travel by car please note the parking fee!
