Unser schöner Raum freut sich auf Dich. Ausgestattet für 1 bis 2 Personen haben wir alles was du für einen angenehmen Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin brauchst. Wir sind im nördlichen Teil von Mitte, in 10 Minuten bist du mit der U-Bahn direkt im Herzen von Berlin z.b. an der Friedrichstraße oder im Tegeler Forst. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Plötzensee zum spazieren / baden. Wir haben einen Schlafraum mit einem großen Tisch mit Weitblick, ein Bad, W-Lan, einen Lananschluss und einen Kaffeevollautomaten.

Sunny refurbished apartment in the heart of Berlin. The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

Diese kleine Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt neben einem See und seinem Park. Sie ist weniger als eine Gehminute von dem nächsten U-Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt, Imbisse und Restaurants. Die Umgebung zum See hin ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einkaufsstraße liegt weit genug entfernt, um einen ruhigen Aufenthalt entfernt des Trubels genießen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ermöglicht jeglichen Komfort.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Die Unterkunft ist nach eigenen Ideen künstlerisch gestaltet. Sie befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe. Die Umgebung ist sehr grünb und ruhig. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes. Der U Bahnhof Kurt Schumacher Platz ist 400 Meter entfernt. Mit der U 6 ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.

Wohnen im Grünen unterm Dach

Willkommen in der Mansarde, hell und großzügig geschnitten, zu erreichen über eine (schmale) Wendeltreppe (ungünstig für gehbehinderte Personen). Mit offener gut ausgestatteter Küche, Essplatz und freundlichem Arbeitsplatz. Schlafkammer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Bad mit Wanne und WC sowie großer Wohnbereich mit (Schlaf-)Couch, TV und DAB-Radio Ein Duschbad steht in der 1.Etage zur Verfügung.

Unser Luxus Apartment mit 150 m2 bietet Ihnen einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in Berlin. Genießen Sie luxuriöse Wohnqualität in einem großzügigen Wohn- & Essbereich mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche mit MIELE Geräten. Das Apartment verfügt auch über eine Deckenkühlung, die im Sommer für ein angenehmes Klima sorgt. Die ist aber nicht so stark wie eine Klimaanlage.

Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
