The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)
