You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Recently renovated with plantation shutter blinds and heat lamps in the bathroom this secluded, comfortable self-contained accommodation, is private and well equipped.
