Cozy, downstairs guest suite with private entrance, a block from the bay and parking right outside the door. It is nestled in the neighborhood of Bayside Acres which is a small enclave with its own beach, unique character, history, tranquility and stunning views of the Bay and Mt Tam. It is walking distance to the marina and Andy's Market. There is a shore bird-filled nature preserve that abuts the neighborhood . The guest suite is approximately 450 square feet and is tastefully appointed.

Brand new 800sqft - 2B/2B home includes kitchen with coffee bar, 4K 50" Fire TV, record player, toto toilets, basic first aid kits in medicine cabinet, and a small sofa bed in living room.
