Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. This charming one bedroom first floor apartment is located above our garage which is adjacent to but detached from our house. Set within 20 acres of private land, it is a very peaceful and unique spot with beautiful panoramic views over the Thames Estuary. The flat itself is clean and comfortable with its own bathroom and kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and an open plan living/dining area. There is parking available for one car on our driveway which is secured by electric gates.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
