We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. It is close to Island Park, 1 hr from W.Yellowstone, 1 hr from Jackson Hole depending on traffic and our famous sand dunes located 5 minutes away.
