Drive the rugged coastline of the Hana Highway with 620 curves & 59 bridges. The black sand beach is my favorite. Be sure to pack water and food as there isn't much along the way. If you get motion sickness be sure to have some medication on hand.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays the Canoe Club welcomes guests to come along for a paddle. This is one of my favorite ways to start a morning! The members are so nice and welcoming and it’s a fun way to see Sugar Beach from the water!

This is just a short drive down from our condo. This is a shallow beach where the turtles like to come and hang out on the rocks. If you stand still in the water they will swim right past you! It is great for kids and free!
