Designed by architect Ted Christmas with high bay windows (double glazed) to let in all the light. 5 mins walk from Forest Hill station, direct links to central London, 18 mins to London Bridge. It even has a home-made garden shed infrared sauna conversion! Pls note the outdoor work space is quite cluttered, but enough space for one person to work quietly.

You'll find amazing plays, music, comedy and cabaret. This is a lush penthouse in the Quant Building and a lovely home for me and my son, so please do not expect those airbnb types with no life in them! My stuff is in it.
