Bolara 60 is a traditional rural stone house (about 250 years old and now beautifully restored) near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The kuća is a guesthouse with 4 guest rooms; we offer dinners, occasional cooking classes and include a great breakfast. Next door is a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the truffle forest and Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

This charming 48m² apartment is ideal for families or couples. It features one bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dining area. Additional amenities include satellite TV, air-conditioning, and a sofa bed (140x200) that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. A buffet breakfast is included in the price and is served on the ground floor in a cozy tavern or in the garden, depending on the weather. Guests can enjoy a shared terrace with other visitors.

The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.
