We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.

The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
