It is situated adjacent to the owner's home on a farm that runs onto the historic Lake O' Flynn, famous for its trout fishing and may fly hatch. A new Playground and Boat Jetty allow easy access to the water and some fun on the slides depending on your preference!

Driney house is located in the County of Leitrim, in the heart of the Shannon Valley, on the Waterways. It is located in one of the most important areas for sport fishing. The property has its own garden on the shores of the lake Scur. it is close to traditional pubs and small shops.

Carrowkeel's Megalithic tombs, older than Newgrange, are just across the lake and wonderful to explore.

The building sat idle for over 60 years until its recent renovations which has brought this fantastic building back to life. St Johns old school is situated close to the village of Lecarrow, Co.
