The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Apartman Elena nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Our apartment is very comfortable and spacious, full of natural light. You can relax on the terrace and lock eyes with breath-taking sunsets. City center is only 10 minutes away by foot, while the closest pebble- stone beach is only few minutes away. It is situated on the second floor of a family house with lots of parking space in front. We try to give our guests as much privacy they need and as much help if/when they need it.
