Smještaj sadrži dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa bračnim krevetima i jednu jednokrevetnu sobu. U sklopu apartmana je terasa sa kaminom, prostorom za blagovanje, te ležaljkama. Uz terasu je prostor uređen za djecu sa trampolinom i ljuljačkom. Gostima je omogućen pristup u jezero i po dogovoru vožnja brodom. Osiguran je parking u garži.

Staying in our accommodation offers a number of advantages, of which we emphasize a vacation on a private beach by the river Buna, beautiful promenades through the villag, canoeing on the Buna, picking homemade fruits and vegetables from a ranch nearby and using a spacious camp for play and socializing. Situated in a quiet setting, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
