Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi throughout. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Screen porch and gas grill great for entertaining family and friends.

Note, there is no oven or TV in the apartment. There is absolutely NO smoking (of anything), or vaping allowed in the house or on the property.

Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access
