Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Our beach studio is situated directly on the wonderful beach, in a small village near Split. You'll love this place because you can jump in the crystal clean sea directly from your bed; because of the scent of the sea, wonderful sunsets and sunrises, magical summer views and the coziness.
