Located in Eastern Ontario’s cottage country, our cabin is nestled on a small, peaceful lake 15 minutes west of Westport, Ontario. This space is ideal for 1-2 adults. This newly renovated cabin sits on a shared 3-acre property with our family’s lake house. This home-away-from-home has been in our family for 17 years + we’re thrilled to share a piece of our paradise with you.

The Meadow

Welcome to our modern countryside cabin located on a 2 acre lot in Wakefield, Quebec. Come relax and recharge for a few days while taking advantage of nature and the cozy interior with fireplace. There is plenty to do nearby: discover the Wakefield village, its restaurants, boutiques, farms, the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, Eco-Odyssee, the nearby golf courses and ski hills, etc. (CITQ Permit #298430. We pay all Sales and Income taxes to the prov/fed governments).

Wakefield waterfront on the Gatineau river. Great views of and only a few steps from the iconic covered bridge and a short walk to restaurants, pubs and cafes. Two fireplaces, two decks, and plenty of parking. This is a brand new home that we are sure you will enjoy. Respectful, courteous guests only. The magnificent views from the home and the two large decks come with some effort and this vacation paradise is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Experience heritage and relaxation! Stay in this beautifully renovated 1827 stone home on the Rideau Canal, accommodating up to 14 guests. Enjoy kayaking to Merrickville, book farm experiences nearby, or unwind in our new sauna and cold plunge. Watch boats glide by from the deck, soak in the serene setting, and make memories with friends and family.
