NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Katoomba and the World Heritage listed national park are only 40mins away. We are surrounded by beautiful gum trees which host an array of birdlife. There are local bush walks to explore or curl up on the lounge and read a book. A glass of wine on the verandah on sunset is always a lovely way to unwind.

The Bower - garden studio retreat Spacious studio nestled in a large garden which gives onto a lovely natural bush hillside. The Bower is at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no passing traffic, making it quiet and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing break, a romantic weekend or as a base to explore the Blue Mountains. It is an easy 10 mins walk to Springwood township with its many cafes and restaurants and if you are driving, just a few minutes from the highway.

This unique Church has been restored beautifully and is a place to relax and unwind. It is one open space with living area and two sleeping lofts, one with queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. A bit like a giant cubby house! The shops are just 5 minute stroll away, and so is the river and train station. You share a garden with a spa and BBQ with the main house where we live.
