Lovingly restored by hand this one bedroom wood clad cabin with hot tub sits nestled in your own private slice of secluded natural bliss. Experience bird song and nature as you enjoy panoramic views of Pembrokeshire's stunning countryside from the hot tub. The cabin is on our very quiet 9-acre smallholding. We live in the 400 year old farmhouse at the other side of the smallholding. Enjoy wine on the deck while watching the sunset, relax after a day exploring with your feet up by the log fire.

The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. And in the evenings you can relax and watch the sunset over Carningli Mountain, and enjoy the exceptional dark skies which on a clear night are perfect for star gazing.

The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. It has an open plan living and kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams. The full kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay, the bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed (see reviews) and fast Wi-Fi helps you work & play. You will be surrounded by glorious countryside and within easy reach of the Coastal Path and many beatiful beaches.

When you choose to come and stay at Cilwendeg Lodge, you will buy into a piece of history going back to the early 1800’s. This beautiful Grade II listed gate house is part of the 350-acre estate of Cilwendeg, where we as owners also live. The family have been on the estate for over a 100 years, we have so carefully renovated the gate house to turn it into wonderful holiday accommodation set in a large garden with a private hot tub.
