Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Suncem okupana kuća za odmor s bazenom nalazi se u mjestu Štokovci, u općini Svetvinčenat, u središtu Istre. Kuća raspolaže s 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom s kuhinjom, te hodnikom i kupaonicom. S osunčane terase pogled se pruža prema bazenu oko kojeg su ležaljke sa suncobranima. Iza kuće se nalazi veliki parking i trampolin za djecu, a sa strane su ljuljačke i kamin za roštiljanje. Kuća se nalazi na samom kraju sela i okružena je šumom, tako da je gostima omogućen potpuni mir i opuštanje.
